Who we are
Kairo provides online appointment booking software to businesses ("customers of the platform"). Each business decides what personal data it collects from the people who book with it.
Data we process
Account data (name, email, hashed password), business data you enter, and booking data (customer name, email, phone, notes, appointment details). We keep security logs such as IP addresses for sign-ins and important changes.
How we use it
To provide the service: showing availability, taking bookings, sending confirmations and reminders, and securing accounts. We do not sell personal data.
Controllers and processors
For booking data, the business you book with is the data controller and we act as their processor. Contact the business directly to exercise your rights; they can erase your data from their dashboard.
Retention
Data is kept while the business account is active. Deleted or erased customer data is removed permanently; anonymised statistics may remain.
